Hello fellow Np's:-)
I am working in rural upsate NY graduated in 2008-survived my fist year-in Nephrology-about to change gears and join Internal Medicine Group...see office, Nursing Home and rounds in Hospital...what are you all up to? let me know what you have expertise in- I LOVED Chronic Kidney Disease and peritoneal Dialysis-not so much hemo, really hard on people physically,emotional and spiritually speaking...nervous about primary care-SO MUCH !! Renal was deep but narrow...would lov eto share any pearls-Honestly the 'Biz" part of practice as a nebiw much more difficult than Clinical-hard to think like a "provider" as I will always be a Nurse first...
